1. The recycled (NH4)H2PO4 as a fertilizer from waste phosphoric acid


Advantages

1. Removal of heat made by the exothermic reaction
  • Accurate temp. control from 17 ℃ to 33 ℃ although the heat of reaction jumps locally up to 129 ℃ due to the Acid-Base reaction
  • Very fast removal of heat due to the large surface area on a reactant contacted with a heating medium
2. Increase of 2 times in production
  • Shorten the reaction time from 1 hour to a half hour.
3. Accurate pH control
  • Higher recovery ratio and besides, shortened reaction time at pH 4 ± 0.5 in operation
  • Accurate PH control by a uniformly distributed concentration gradient




2. High purity Mn3O4 produced from Mn dusts


Advantages

1. Shorten the manufacturing process from 2 stages to 1 stage
  • Mn3O4 is manufactured by one step process without Mn(OH)2 which is produced as an intermediate in the conventional process.
2. Gas-Liquid Reaction
  • Decrease of 50% in the use of Gas due to that Taylor fluid flow contains Gas and No space is being in the reactor

Advantages

1. Shorten the mfg. process from 2 stages and 1 stage
  • Fe3O4 is manufactured by one step process without Fe(OH)2 which is produced as an intermediate in the conventional process.

  • CaO is effectively and perfectly dissolved.
3. Increase of 6 times in production
  • Shorten the reaction time from 3 hours to a half hour.

Advantages

1. Shorten the manufacturing process from 2 stages to 1 stage
  • One step mfg. process for FeOOH without the addition of H2O2 to be used for the control of PH
  • Shorten the Solid-Liquid separation time by one-thenths
  • Taylor Reactor producing a solid crystal having a morphology can be Solid-Liquid separated.
  • In comparison, the conventional reactors producing an amorphous crystal can not it separated.
